ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

ORAL ABSTRACT RULES

• Abstracts should be structured and not exceed 300 words.
• The title should be written in bold and uppercase letters.
• Do not include titles for author names; underline the presenting author's name.
• Author affiliations should be indicated with superscripts. Students must include an advisor.
• All contact details must be completed; otherwise, responsibility lies with the authors.
• Text must be in Times New Roman, 12 pt.
• As abstracts will be published directly in the book, spelling errors should be avoided.
• To be included in the congress book, abstracts must be registered and presented orally or as posters.
• Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee.
• Abstract Submission Start Date: June 5, 2025
• Abstract Submission Deadline: October 6, 2025
• Abstract acceptance results will be announced starting August 1, 2025.

ABSTRACT PRESENTATION

• Presentation language is Turkish or English and is limited to 5 minutes.
• Slides should not exceed 15.
• A maximum of two presentations per participant is allowed.
• Presentations must follow the template provided on the website.
• Presentation must take place at the time and location indicated in the program.
• Unpresented abstracts will not be published in the congress book.
• The presenter must be one of the authors.
• Presentation files must be submitted in advance and checked.
• All authors must be listed on the first slide, with the presenter’s name underlined.
• To be included in the abstract book, the congress registration must be completed and presentation must occur.
